- Property management experience
- Self starter who is articulate, organized, strong people skills and task oriented.
- Responsible for preparation and administration of operating budgets, financial analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property mgmt software (Yardi)
- Direct management of service providers, contract negotiations
- Facilitation of Board and membership meetings
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- CAM( Certified Association Manager) designation a plus.
- Working knowledge of HOA governing documents and state laws
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
