As a Construction Project Leader Apprentice, you’ll begin as a Field Technician Assistant, learning side-by-side with industry experts. You’ll start with paid, hands-on training to build your skills and confidence in the trade. Once you’ve demonstrated reliability and progress in this role, you may be invited to join our Registered Apprenticeship Program, where you can continue to grow toward certification and leadership.

- Safely work at heights (ladders, scaffolding, rooftops) year-round

- Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment
- Strong math skills and ability to read a tape measure
- Construction or labor experience a plus (not required)

- Compensation begins at $60,000 annually
- Entry-level field assistants typically earn around $21/hour
- Final starting wage is negotiated at hire and may exceed $21/hr based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, trade skills, or military service.
