What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Line Cook position at Full Sail Brewing Company?
Full Sail Brewing in Hood River, Oregon is looking for Lead Line Cooks. Successful candidates will be self-motivated, energetic and friendly team members to join our fast-paced, high volume, award-winning kitchen. The kitchen is consistently acknowledged for excellent teamwork, great co-workers and a comradery you won’t find anywhere else.
Schedule: 40 hours
Qualifications Include:
Supervisory experience working in a commercial kitchen
Efficient in all kitchen positions; pantry, grill, expediting, dish and prep.
Supporting Assistant Kitchen Manager and Chef in all aspects of the job, including inventory, ordering, menu development and staff training and management.
Ability to work on your feet for long periods of time, lift up to 40 pounds several times per shift
Keep a focused and pleasant disposition in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility in scheduling will be required
