Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physical Therapist based in West Chester, PA. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for performing comprehensive evaluations of patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing quality physical therapy care. Daily responsibilities include assessing patient progress, adapting treatment plans as needed, educating patients and families about therapeutic exercises, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to promote best outcomes. The therapist will ensure documentation is accurate and complies with regulatory requirements while fostering a safe and supportive environment for recovery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in physical therapy techniques, including evaluations, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Organizational skills to manage documentation and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to adapt treatment plans to individual needs
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Doctor of Physical Therapy preferred
- Basic computer proficiency for electronic health record documentation
- Experience in outpatient, home healthcare, or similar settings is a plus
