Role Description: The Business Development Manager for the Caribbean will be responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion across Caribbean territories for Full Protection Corp’s electronic security product portfolio. This full-time position involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with distributors, integrators, and key accounts, and promoting core product lines, including CCTV, intrusion detection, access control, and fire detection systems. Daily activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, negotiating pricing and contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely quotations, order processing, and customer support. The role also requires monitoring market trends, gathering competitive intelligence, and providing feedback to management and vendors to refine sales strategies and product offerings. Travel to Caribbean markets will be necessary to visit clients, attend industry events, and strengthen regional partnerships.
