Location: Flathead Valley Montana
Compensation: $15–$25/hr (based on experience) with advancement to salary positions ($52,000–$63,000/year)
Shifts: 6am - 2pm and 2:00pm–11:00pm (PM shift includes a 1-hour break)
Start Date: July 8th 2026
About Us
Full Potential K9 is a premium dog training and client only boarding company making big moves for growth this year. We are not a veterinary clinic or a doggy daycare. Our focus is on structure, training, and providing the highest level of care for dogs in our program.
We’re looking for motivated, detail-oriented kennel staff who take pride in their work and want to grow with us.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment (kennels, crates, laundry, dishes, trash, vacuuming, sanitizing, etc.)
- Handle and care for dogs (feeding, prepping/defrosting raw diets, bathing, grooming, monitoring health)
- Assist with medication administration and updating dog charts
- Manage inventory and supplies (food, cleaning products, training equipment)
- Support pick-up and drop-off operations
- Provide photo and communication updates to managers
- Rotate weekends and holidays as part of team schedule
Requirements
- Must enjoy cleaning as much as working with dogs. Cleanliness = quality animal care
- Some experience with dogs or horses required (training experience a plus, but we will teach you)
- Age 18 with the ability to pass a background check and drug screen (no exceptions)
- Physically capable of standing/walking for 8-hour shifts and performing cleaning/handling tasks
- Reliable transportation required
- Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Flexibility to work overtime during busy holiday seasons
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn (educational opportunities provided)

Dedicated, hard-working kennel staff can advance into Dog Trainer positions with further education and on-the-job training.
Compensation & Schedule
- Hourly pay: $15–$25/hr depending on skill and performance during probationary period
- Salary opportunities: $52,000–$63,000/year, after probation (3–6 months)
- One full-time available.
