Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing and organizing work areas to ensure safety and efficiency
- Support skilled tradespeople by carrying materials, tools, and equipment to designated locations
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, loading, and unloading materials in accordance with safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by disposing of debris and ensuring tools are stored properly
- Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or incidents immediately to supervisors
- Operate basic machinery or equipment as trained and authorized under supervision
- Support project teams in completing tasks on schedule by providing reliable manual assistance
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to follow instructions carefully
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to construction or maintenance sites
- Prior experience in construction labor or related fields is a plus but not required
- Valid driver’s license preferred for transporting materials or equipment when necessary
