Duties

- Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to assemble and modify plumbing components accurately
- Operate plumbing inspection cameras and interpret schematics or technical drawings to diagnose issues effectively
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems, perform repairs, and carry out preventative maintenance to ensure optimal operation
- Read blueprints and schematics to plan installation or repair procedures; interpret technical drawings for complex projects
- Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for construction site work, including carpentry and remodeling activities when needed
- Utilize basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout work; adhere to project timelines and safety protocols throughout all tasks
Skills
- Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair in commercial or residential settings
