Full Moon Creative, LLC is a specialist provider of government broadcast services for City Council-style
meetings. We work with many municipal government entities to provide high-quality streaming for their
residents, whether by operating the City’s existing equipment or bringing our own cameras and
microphones. Our clients treat us as an extension of their team and rely on us to ensure compliance
with public records laws.
We are expanding our team in Pinellas County to support a new government client with operating all of
their municipal meetings. On average, there are six meetings per month (typically one to two per week).
Meetings usually last 1–2 hours (for a total shift of 4–5 hours), though some may run 4–6 hours (for a
total shift of 6–8 hours).
Because government entities are required to maintain recordings of all meetings, Full Moon Creative is
seeking a professional and experienced team member with strong attention to detail to ensure that
everything is properly set up and ready to go at the start of each meeting.
Position Details:
- Type: Part-time, on an as-needed basis (based on the City’s meeting schedule)
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday. Start times vary depending on the specific meeting. Meeting types are consistent in start time — for example, the Commission Meeting always begins at 6:00 PM on the first and third Thursday of each month, with a call time two hours prior to the meeting start.
- Commitment: Ongoing. Meetings take place every month throughout the year and require consistent coverage.
- Team: Typically a solo role (video/light audio), though some meetings may require a two-person team (one video operator and one audio/PPT operator).
