Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an Experienced, Friendly, Hard-Working Restaurant Manager to learn all aspects of our business. This person will deliver a high-quality experience to our guests and help motivate our staff to provide memorable customer service and excellent food quality. The right person will be able to bring their experience and maturity to the table while getting acclimated to our culture and the way we do business.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Work with the management team to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Help train and manage staff.
• Help monitor food service management practices, including inventory control and food preparation standards.
• Help to supervise kitchen and dining areas to maintain cleanliness and compliance with health regulations.
• Handle cash management and POS systems efficiently while ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Qualification include but are not limited to:

• Proven experience in restaurant management and food service operations
• Strong leadership qualities and team management skills
• Proficiency in food management and food safety supervision
• Familiarity with POS systems like Positouch, Aloha and Micros
• Experience in inventory control and cash handling
• Background in casual and fast casual dining. Banquet and catering experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
