What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Receiver position at Full House Resorts?
Essential Job Functions:
- Reads and fills customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisition orders and determines items to be moved, stored and distributed. Records amounts of materials or items received.
- Compares identifying information and inspects, counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
- Sorts and places or moves products and materials from receiving to shelves, racks, bins for storage or delivery.
- Operates a forklift, uses a hand-truck and drives a motor vehicle to move, transport, or hoist products, equipment and other materials.
- Uses a computer to enter and extract records and shipping/receiving information.
- Coordinates and assists receivers in the receipt and distribution of stock to the appropriate outlets.
- Assists the Director of Finance with scheduling, performance reviews and receiving personnel work actions.
- Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.)
- Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy.
Other Job Functions:
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
- Note: this position will not perform or assist with any gaming function.
Job Qualifications:
- Experience Required: Previous shipping/receiving experience preferred. Entry-level supervisory experience preferred.
- Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities Required: Ability to interact professionally with people. Ability to analyze, interpret and apply written and verbal instructions.
- Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing Required: Indiana Gaming Commission Occupational License - Level 2 (Must be at least 18 years of age). Forklift operator’s license. Vehicle operator’s license (must be able to maintain Company insurability requirements).
- Other Specialized Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
