Who WE are looking for:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent internal and external guest service through prompt and effective maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment. This role involves responding to emergencies situations, performing preventive maintenance, and handling various repair tasks across the property.

What is expected of YOU:

In this role, providing exceptional guest service both internally and externally is paramount. You will also be responsible for physically responding to emergency situations such as fires, power outages, gas leaks, and water leaks, ensuring swift resolution and safety. Additionally, tasks include servicing and repairing air handler units and minor kitchen appliances, as well as installing and repairing plumbing equipment throughout the property. You will handle the repair and installation of new or damaged equipment, including ceiling repairs, lighting fixtures, and kitchen appliances. Performing preventative maintenance as required and fulfilling other assigned duties to support operational efficiency are also part of your responsibilities.

Experience YOU will need:

• High School/GED or Tech School degree.

• 1-2 years related experience or special training in all areas of maintenance.

• Carpentry experience (preferred, not required)

• Valid Driver’s License

• HVAC and electrical certification (preferred, not required)

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stoop, bend, crouch, and work in confined areas up to 8 hours.

• Ability to stand and walk throughout shift up to 8 hours.

• Ability to carry and climb ladders.

• Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 75 lbs.

• Ability to work indoors and outdoors with weather conditions permitting as well as moderate to loud noise levels is expected.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations.

Salary Range:

$19.00-$30.00/hour
