Who WE are looking for:

The ideal candidate for a casino cocktail server is friendly, approachable, and attentive, with a passion for providing excellent customer service. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage with a diverse clientele are essential. Demonstrates openness to feedback and direction, with the ability to adapt and improve based on guidance. The candidate should be able to maintain a professional demeanor, handle cash transactions accurately, and work efficiently as part of a team. Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred but not required.

What is expected of YOU:

In this role, you'll handle a range of duties focused on guest service and operational efficiency. Candidates should be able to multitask effectively in a lively and fast-paced environment while delivering drinks to guests in a timely manner. This includes processing payments accurately, maintaining inventory by stocking and organizing the cocktail server room, and providing excellent external and internal guest service. You'll greet guests warmly, take and relay beverage orders, and maintain knowledge of our bar's offerings. Other responsibilities include carrying trays of beverages, ensuring cleanliness, and staying attentive to guest needs and safety. Flexibility to perform additional tasks as assigned by management is also essential.

Experience YOU will need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial. You should be friendly, approachable, and able to handle a variety of customer requests and complaints with ease

• You’ll need to juggle several tables, manage drink orders, and handle payments efficiently, all while keeping a positive attitude.

• Experience with cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems is often required. Accuracy in handling cash and processing payments is essential.

• Upselling and suggesting drinks can boost your tips and help meet sales targets. Being able to recommend popular or high-margin items is a plus.

• Carrying and balancing trays

• Walking throughout shifts in approved footwear

• Ability to excel in high-volume, stressful environments

• Ability to work well in a team

Physical Requirements:

• Carry and balance trays of beverages

• Lift up to 25 - 30 lbs

• Stand for long periods

• Navigate crowded spaces

• Flexibility in bending and reaching

• Adaptability to casino conditions, including:

  • Bright lights

  • Noise

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Salary Range:

• $9.50-$15.00 Tips
