Who WE are looking for:
As a Count Team Member, you will ensure accurate processing of casino revenues while providing excellent guest service on the gaming floor. Responsibilities include adhering to gaming regulations, sorting and counting cash and chips from drops, verifying games revenue, documenting markers, and using software for computer input. Other duties as assigned will support operational efficiency and compliance.
What Is Expected Of YOU
In this role, providing excellent guest service both internally and externally is paramount, including assisting guests on the gaming floor. You'll need a strong understanding of Illinois Gaming/Tax Commission regulations and adherence to internal policies and procedures, particularly concerning the collection and processing of tables and slot drops. This involves sorting cash and chips by denomination, accurately counting and verifying game revenue, and documenting markers properly. Utilizing software like BPS for computer input is essential. Additionally, you'll be expected to perform other assigned duties to support operational efficiency and effectiveness within the casino environment.

Experience YOU Will Need
- High School/GED preferred
- Prior experience preferred
- Bilingual A Plus
- Calculator, electric carts, and money counters
- May be exposed to casino-related environmental factors such as bright lights and excessive noise
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods. Other physical demands this job may include but is not limited to stooping, reaching, pulling, heavy lifting up to 50 lbs., and the use of repetitive motions
- Must be able to stand and walk for 8 hours or more.
