As a cook for the Asia Azteca, you will be responsible for executing daily prep and service with precision and consistency in an Asian and Latin American cuisine-focused environment, under the guidance of the Executive Chef and the Sous Chefs. Expertise in preparing a variety of Asian dishes, such as stir-fries and noodle-based dishes, is essential. A strong understanding of Asian cooking techniques, such as wok cooking, steaming, and braising, is highly valued. Additionally, knowledge of food safety practices and proper ingredient handling is crucial to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. Experience YOU Will Need
- 1-2 years of previous cooking experience is preferred
- Experience utilizing a wok or other traditional Asian cuisine equipment is preferred
- Bi-lingual is a plus
- Knowledge of health and sanitation standards
- Proper cooking techniques and knife skills
