Full Heart Family Therapy is seeking a compassionate and experienced Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapist (KAP Therapist) to join our growing team and participate in our Inner Healing Program. This position offers a unique opportunity to support clients in deep emotional and spiritual healing through integrative psychotherapy and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).
Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, providing individual and group therapy, developing and maintaining treatment and discharge plans, and completing accurate clinical documentation. This role involves both general therapy work and dedicated participation in our collaborative KAP program, supporting clients on their journey of transformation and integration.
Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of experience working with mental health clients and hold a valid Iowa clinical license (LMFT, LISW, or LMHC). Training or experience in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy is preferred; interest in pursuing KAP training is also welcomed.
