Full Good Fulfillment (FG Fulfillment LLC) is a customer-obsessed supply chain and logistics partner founded in 2022. We specialize in dry goods, frozen fulfillment, kitting, and specialty products for emerging food brands. We are seeking a detail-oriented, safety-focused professional to join our team and help maintain accurate inventory and efficient operations.
Role Overview
This role focuses on warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, and the timely fulfillment of orders. You will be responsible for:
- Equipment Operation: Safely operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
- Inventory Management: Receiving and inspecting shipments, conducting cycle counts, and performing physical inventory audits.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately picking, packing, and staging products for outgoing orders.
- System Accuracy: Maintaining inventory records and reporting any discrepancies or damages.
- Safety & Maintenance: Ensuring warehouse cleanliness and compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of warehouse or inventory control experience preferred.
- Certification: Forklift certification required; experience with reach trucks is a plus.
- Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications; ERP/WMS system experience is highly desirable.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting Pay: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour.
- Paid Time Off: 2 weeks PTO available after 90 days (accrual begins immediately).
