Open Position: Fork Lift Reach Operator & Order SpecialistRole and ResponsibilitiesAs a Fulfillment and Kitting Team Member at Full Good Fulfillment, you’ll play a key role in helping purpose-driven CPG brands get their products to customers with care and accuracy. You’ll be responsible for picking, packing, kitting, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring every package meets our high quality and presentation standards. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:Accurately pick and pack customer orders via the fork liftUnload and load trucks vis the fork liftPerform various projects per client specificationsMaintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouseConduct quality checks to ensure product accuracy and presentationEnsure fork lift is maintained, work with warehouse leadership on hitting maintenance checksSupport inventory management and restocking as neededCollaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goalsIdeal Candidate:Fork Lift certified3 years in a warehouse environmentReliable, punctual, and detail-orientedComfortable with physical work, including standing and liftingEnjoys working as part of a team in a dynamic environmentBrings a positive attitude and commitment to quality serviceQualifications and Education RequirementsHigh School GED encouraged but not requiredBackground check may be requiredPrevious proven work experience within the warehouse and/or fulfillment space preferredKnowledge of USDA Regulatory Standards relative to food product warehousing (FIFO, HACCP, etc) preferredCompany DescriptionFull Good Fulfillment (FG Fulfillment LLC) is a customer-obsessed supply chain and logistics partner for emerging food brands.
