Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments by inspecting and verifying goods against purchase orders and shipping documents using warehouse management systems and RF scanners.
- Prepare outgoing shipments by selecting, packing, and labeling products accurately for delivery, ensuring proper packaging standards are met.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely to load and unload trucks efficiently.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies to uphold inventory accuracy across warehouse distribution channels.
- Support order picking & packing processes for e-commerce orders using order pickers and RFID scanners to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Assist in stock replenishment activities, stocking shelves, and organizing warehouse space for optimal workflow.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols during all warehouse operations to promote a secure working environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing shipping & receiving inquiries promptly and professionally.
Experience
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, including shipping & receiving functions within a distribution or logistics environment.
- Hands-on experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment; forklift certification preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and inventory management tasks.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
