Seeking a Spanish speaker.
Litigation focused law office is seeking a new Legal Assistant to have case responsibilities for new and current traffic and criminal traffic clients, such as filing, calendaring, answering client’s non-legal questions. Additional responsibilities include in-bound call group telephones, intake, conflict checking names, and other general office and secretarial or assistant work.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires a detailed, goal oriented, thick-skinned person who can multitask. Billing, intake, or sales experience is a plus. Explain how your life experience prepares you to work in this environment.
