Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily field operations across multiple active painting job sites
- Supervise, schedule, and coordinate painting crews to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Conduct site visits to monitor work quality, safety compliance, and project progress
- Serve as the primary point of contact between field crews and company management
- Manage material ordering, equipment, and supply logistics to keep projects on schedule
- Resolve on-site issues, crew conflicts, and client concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client specifications
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in painting, construction, or a related field operations role
- Prior supervisory or crew leadership experience required
- Strong knowledge of interior/exterior painting techniques, materials, and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills across multiple job sites
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills and a professional, solutions-oriented demeanor
- Ability to read and interpret project scopes, schedules, and work orders
- OSHA Certification necessary (SST preferred)
