We're a small, tight-knit construction crew looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team. This isn't a big-company gig where you're just a number — we're a close crew that works well together, and we're looking for someone who fits right in while bringing strong carpentry skills and leadership to the job site.
Responsibilities
Lead framing, finish carpentry, and general construction on residential/commercial projects
Supervise and mentor other carpenters on-site
Read and interpret blueprints; ensure work meets code and quality standards
Keep projects on schedule and communicate progress to ownership
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Qualifications
5 years of carpentry experience, including lead/supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of framing, finish carpentry, and general building practices
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather
Reliable, team-oriented, and easy to work with
