Intelligence Developer designs, develops, and maintains the systems that

power enterprise reporting, analytics, and automation at Full Compass.

This role combines data architecture, systems integration, and

automation expertise to deliver scalable, accurate, and timely

information across Sales, Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, and

Other Supporting Business Functions. The Developer Also Leverages

emerging technologies, including AI and GenAI tools, to streamline

report creation, accelerate distribution, and enhance insight

generation. This position is key to advancing Full Compass\'s enterprise

data strategy and ensuring that data remains reliable, actionable, and

Accessible Across The Organization. Essential Job Functions Data

Architecture and Development Design and implement robust data models,

integrations, and ETL processes to support enterprise reporting and

analytics. Develop and maintain data warehouses, datasets, and APIs

connecting ERP, CRM, e-commerce, and marketing automation systems.

Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data pipelines for

performance, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate within the IT

team to maintain data environments in both on-prem and cloud

infrastructure. Implement automation and monitoring to ensure

reliability of data flows and scheduled refreshes. Business Intelligence

and AI-Driven Solutions Build, deploy, and support BI dashboards and

reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Integrate

AI-enabled analytics capabilities such as natural-language querying,

automated report generation, and GenAI-assisted data visualization. Use

automation and AI tools to streamline the report distribution process,

including scheduling, alerting, and personalized data summaries. Partner

with business users to define requirements and deliver self-service,

scalable BI and AI solutions. Establish data governance and metadata

standards to ensure accuracy and consistency across all systems.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with stakeholders in Sales,

Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other departments

to ensure consistent, trusted data delivery. Support technical
