Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Dishwasher to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas. Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist with food preparation and service by washing and preparing ingredients, plating dishes, and serving food and beverages.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area by sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, and emptying trash and recycling bins.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks to meet the needs of the restaurant.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being friendly, helpful, and attentive to guests' needs.
- Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the kitchen and dining areas.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a banquet or hotel setting.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and service practices.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and maintain a positive attitude.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
