About Our PracticeFull Circle Vision Care is a patient-centered optometry practice dedicated to providing high-quality eye care in a friendly and professional environment. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Optometric Technician to join our team and support our doctors in delivering excellent patient care.ResponsibilitiesPre-test patients and perform diagnostic testing (autorefraction, tonometry, retinal imaging, OCT, visual fields, etc.)Record patient histories and chief complaints accuratelyAssist the optometrist during eye examinationsPrepare exam rooms and maintain equipmentEducate patients on procedures, contact lens care, and eyewear optionsMaintain accurate patient records in the EHR systemFollow infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelinesProvide exceptional customer service and support front-desk tasks as neededQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (required)Previous experience in an optometry or ophthalmology office preferred (training available for the right candidate)Strong attention to detail and ability to multitaskExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWork at a fast pace effectively handling multiple tasks and patients at one time, while focusing on the individual patient experience.Comfortable working with technology and medical equipmentPlease submit a Cover Letter and Resume
