Heavy Equipment Operator

Full Circle Recycling is seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Your primary goal will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the process while adhering to safety protocols and company procedures.

**Responsibilities:**

- Operate various types of loaders, such as wheel loaders and skid steer loaders, Material Handler to load and unload materials.

- Transport materials to designated areas within the facility.

- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning.

- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.

- Communicate effectively with other team members to coordinate loading/unloading activities.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a Loader Operator in a construction or similar environment.

- Proficiency in operating various types of loaders and related equipment.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
