Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted HR advisor to senior leaders and frontline managers
Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and change initiatives
Support unionized employee groups and navigate multiple collective bargaining agreements
Partner on workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational design
Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal employment laws
Collaborate with internal HR centers of excellence (TA, OD, Comp, Benefits)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
7 years of progressive HR Business Partner experience
Proven experience supporting represented workforces in complex organizations
Strong organizational development, project management, and change leadership skills
Experience in regulated, people-intensive environments preferred
Salary : $85,000 - $120,000
