Full Circle is seeking a 3rd Shift Project Supervisor for our growing team!
Position Summary
As a Project Supervisor, you will lead and manage teams of quality inspectors at customer sites during the3rd shift (11 PM – 7 AM). You’ll oversee project setup, customer deliverables, and team performance while ensuring consistent communication and quality standards.
This role requires travel within a 1–1.5-hour radius of Maryville, TN. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support quality inspection teams across assigned locations.
- Ensure teams operate according to company standards, safety protocols, and customer requirements.
- Develop work instructions and train team leaders and inspectors on project-specific procedures.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Complete required training and adhere to company policies.
- Handle additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Strong business-to-business customer service skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Positive, self-motivated, and adaptable to change.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
