SUMMARY:
- Under the supervision of the Program Manager, the Level 1 Clinician is responsible for performing a wide

- Collaborate with the treatment team to formulate the master treatment plan and assist with coordinating discharge plans if applicable.
Schedule:
Tuesday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Participate in weekly supervision
- Ensure that all materials used for presentations in individual sessions and group sessions are appropriate and effective
- Communicate effectively with clients and staff
- Address problem behaviors with clients
- Set treatment goals for clients
- Maintain professional boundaries
- Document all notes accurately within 24 hours of the completed session
- Arrive on time for every scheduled shift
- Be prepared for each workday
- Adhere to assigned schedule
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Must possess at minimum an associate's degree
- Must possess one of the following Ohio licensures: LCDCII, LCDCIII, LICDC, LSW, or LPC.
- Experience working with substance abuse population
- Previous clinical experience preferred
- Ability to carry out detailed written and oral instructions, along with the ability to understand human
- behavior
- Must maintain a professional demeanor while dealing with emotionally charged issues and individuals
- Must be able to make decisions at times with imperfect information
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from a diverse demographic group
- Ability to write reports and correspondence
- Effective communication skills
- Demonstrate clinical organization, leadership, and team-building qualities
- Must be able to lift, push, pull or move up to 50lbs
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Work in an office setting
- Move intermittently during working hours
- Subject to frequent interruptions
- Involved with clients, personnel, visitors, etc., under different conditions and circumstances
