Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Full Circle Recovery Services. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality care to our clients as they navigate their recovery journey, contributing to our mission of fostering sobriety and wellness.
Schedule
M-F 8 am -4:30 pm
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and monitor client responses to treatments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care
- Educate clients and families about treatment plans and health management
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations
- Assist in crisis intervention and support clients during challenging moments
- Participate in case management activities to coordinate care effectively
- Promote a supportive environment that encourages client engagement and recovery
- Utilize screening tools such as COWs and CIWAs
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio
- Proven experience in nursing, preferably within behavioral health or addiction recovery settings
- Strong assessment skills and ability to develop effective care plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate approach towards clients facing addiction challenges
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
