What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitor/Custodian position at Full Circle Property Management?
Immediate opening(s) for Part-time and Full-time janitor positions at French Prairie Rest Area outside of Charbonneau, OR on 1-5. Schedule based on availability, as needed with 2-4 days per week anticipated.
Duties include: restroom cleaning, garbage collection and disposal (must be able to lift 50 lbs. on occasion), dusting, sweeping, mopping, leaf blowing, litter patrol, etc. Eligible candidate must be reliable, self-motivated and attentive to detail. Will train the right candidate. Must be able to pass background check and have clean a driving record. $20.00 /hr. start, with vacation time, holiday pay, sick pay, 401K based on service time with company.
