Job Overview
We are looking for dependable, responsible, and motivated Crew Members to join our team. In this role, you will help create a positive experience for every customer by providing friendly, efficient service and consistently preparing fresh, high-quality Take n' Bake Pizza.
Crew Members are an important part of our day-to-day operations and work together to keep the store running smoothly. Responsibilities include assisting customers, preparing food according to established standards, accurately handling transactions, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.

Duties
- Show up to shifts in full uniform and ready to work before shifts start.
- Greet customers with a positive attitude and take their orders accurately.
- Prepare pizzas and side items according to established recipes and standards.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately, always ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness in the lobby, food preparation stations and back of house.
- Assist with keeping toppings and food items stocked as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak rush hours.
Required Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere while also being self-motivated.
- Clear communication with coworkers and management.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in food service or quick-service fast food environments is preferred but not required.
