Full Circle Marketing, LLC is growing and looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales Representatives.

We represent residential and commercial home improvement services, including roofing, siding, windows, doors, and other exterior remodeling projects.

This is a field-based, face-to-face sales and marketing position. You’ll spend most of your time meeting people at their homes and neighborhoods, introducing them to our services, identifying potential projects, and scheduling qualified consultations with our sales team.

Approximately 75% of the role is residential outreach, with additional opportunities involving small businesses, commercial properties, events, home shows, festivals, and other community marketing opportunities.

• Pay is competitive BASE COMMISSION structure.

You will not be responsible for closing the sale during the initial conversation. Your primary responsibility is creating the opportunity and setting the appointment.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners, property owners, and business owners in the field
• Introduce customers to our home improvement services
• Identify potential roofing, siding, window, door, and exterior remodeling opportunities
• Schedule qualified, complimentary consultations
• Represent the company professionally
• Learn proven sales, marketing, and communication techniques
• Work toward individual and team performance goals

This position is designed to be a starting point for a long-term sales career.

As you develop your communication skills, product knowledge, and understanding of the sales process, you’ll have the opportunity to move from field marketing into an in-home sales position.

Instead of continuing to generate appointments, you’ll have the opportunity to run those appointments yourself, present home improvement solutions directly to customers, close your own deals, and earn significantly more through sales commissions.
