About the role
Position Overview:
Full Circle Health Network is seeking a motivated and compassionate IT Project Manager to lead and manage high focused IT initiatives that make a meaningful impact in the communities we serve. This is a strategic, high-visibility role where you will coordinate complex projects, align IT services with organizational goals, and help drive the successful delivery of technology solutions across departments.
This position plays a pivotal part in shaping the efficiency, scalability, and compliance of IT operations while fostering collaboration and innovation across the organization. You will also be responsible for promoting a user-centered approach to IT services and supporting long-term business growth.
What you'll do
Responsibilities:
- IT Strategy & Alignment: Partner with business leaders to understand strategic goals and develop corresponding IT plans to support those initiatives.
- Project & Program Management: Lead and oversee key IT projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business needs, risk mitigation, and timely delivery.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, advocating for IT integration and supporting department-level objectives.
- Team Leadership: May supervise project or IT staff and participate in hiring and performance discussions where appropriate.
- Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities for service improvement, cost efficiency, and process optimization across systems and teams.
- Service Delivery: Coordinate with IT Service Owners and external vendors to ensure systems are operating securely and at scale, meeting service level expectations.
- Business Enablement: Anticipate needs and recommend proactive solutions through research, trend analysis, and best practice adoption.
- Process Coordination: Align and implement technical and process systems across departments, ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Communication & Change Management: Champion organizational change by aligning technology with user experience and promoting adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in IT project management, including strategic planning and cross-functional team coordination.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure including networks, VPN, cloud services, cybersecurity, and system administration.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in managing high-impact projects and strategic decisions.
- Experience in community-based organizations or the healthcare/nonprofit sector is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead and influence without direct authority across technical and non-technical teams.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Must have reliable transportation and secure internet access for hybrid or remote work arrangements.
- Occasional travel may be required.
