We are hiring a Business Development Manager in Phoenix. This is a high-impact, hunter-focused role responsible for selling FCE services to local businesses, healthcare systems, municipalities, schools, and enterprise accounts. This role reports directly to the SVP of Sales and plays a critical part in fueling facility growth and revenue generation.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and win new local accounts that generate inbound product volume
- Build relationships with hospitals, government agencies, school systems, banks, law firms and commercial businesses
- Identify refresh cycles and asset disposition opportunities within your territory
- Use CRM tools and reporting to manage pipeline and drive performance
Qualifications
- 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Strong hunter mentality with proven revenue generation success
- Comfort selling hardware-based or industrial solutions (ITAD experience is a plus)
- Ability to understand asset value, product components, and technical hardware environments
- Experience in healthcare, government, industrial, or commercial sectors is highly attractive
- Proficiency using CRM and sales reporting tools
