Qualifications
- Experience in individual, couples, and/or family therapy
- Skills in building therapeutic relationships and promoting emotional well-being
- Proficiency in handling case documentation and treatment planning
- Strong communication, active listening, and empathy skills
- Counseling license (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) for the state of Illinois
- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice
- Preferred qualification: Experience working with kids, teens or adults in community mental health settings
