- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and empathetic approach to care
- Experience in an adult day care or similar healthcare setting is a plus
- CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred
