Responsibilities
- Deal cards and manage table games according to established rules and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and maintain a fair gaming environment.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including payouts and chip exchanges.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs.
- Communicate game rules to players clearly and assist them in understanding gameplay.
- Manage conflicts or disputes at the table calmly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gaming area.
Experience
- Previous experience in a bar and gaming environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong cash handling skills to ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Basic math skills for quick calculations during gameplay.
