What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Production Technician position at Fuling Plastic USA?

Qualifications:
Must have a strong background in mechanical and technical skills.
5 years experience required in the plastics industry (plastic straw or tubing industry is a plus)
Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix machinery
Experience in material handling system, air compressor and water chiller
Able to work in a fast- paced environment along with multi-tasking
Job Duties:
Setup extrusion machine, prepare tooling, start up the production line.
Perform production line changeover
Know all the parameters on the machine and know how to make adjustments.
Perform routine quality checks on the products and make sure it meets customer standards
Follow relevant SOP to start up and shut down production and clean out.
Perform diagnosis and troubleshoot machinery to obtain better productivity
Fix or replace malfunctional components
Perform machine preventive maintenance and major repairs
Assist the other production team members when needed
Ensure food safety standards with regards to GMP and HACCP plan are being followed by self and fellow employees.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all time
Maintain excellent communication with all team members and staff

PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
