Areas of Responsibility:
- Accurately estimate and maintain the cost of homes, CAD drawings to define our homes, and establish budgets for all of our home and option pricing.
- Prepare job specific plans, estimates, costs of homes, pre-construction tasks from the sale of our Buyer’s new home through the start of construction.
- Prepare purchase orders for vendors and trade partners, variance purchase orders as required, and late change orders requested by the Buyer’s
- Perform quality assurance inspections to help maintain a high level of quality.

Qualifications:
- Must have work experience in residential construction.
- You should have a good understanding of residential construction and how it relates to drafting and estimating.
- Proficient in AutoCAD. Experience in design and maintenance of residential plans and details.
- Experience in residential estimating and take-off methods.
- High level of computer/software proficiency
- Work well under time constraints
- Service-oriented mindset with a team player attitude
- Prefer Bachelor's, Associates, or Technical degree in Architecture or Construction.
- An ideal team member will possess the following essential personal skills: excellent time and project management, highly organized, problem-solving abilities, work with a sense of urgency, detail oriented and the ability to adapt to change.
Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
