Responsibilities
- Responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment.
- Experience operating a Cherry Picker is a must.
- Selects specific items from inventory based on customer orders and arranges them in a designated area.
- Operates pallet jacks, forklifts, or other equipment to move pallets or navigate the warehouse.
- Constructs and secures pallets with the selected items, ensuring proper weight distribution and stability.
- Assists with inventory checks, cycle counts, and maintains a clean and organized work area.
- Fast-paced, repetitive function.
- Attention to detail required.
- Ability to adhere to standard safety regulations and guidelines.
- May assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
- Must have general written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- This position is in a warehouse setting with some outdoor exposure during the workday.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This position works in a warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, and standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters and industrial tape dispensers.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Work hours are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., but are subject to change as FSI deems necessary.
Travel
No out-of-town travel is expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma/GED preferred
