Account Manager – Supply Chain & Logistics

Fulfillment Plus, Inc. is a fast-growing third-party logistics (3PL), fulfillment, and print solutions company serving e-commerce brands, retailers, subscription box companies, and national businesses across the United States. We are seeking a motivated, professional, and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team in North Kansas City.

Position Summary

·       The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts and plays a critical role in coordinating communication between customers, warehouse operations, fulfillment teams, and management.

·       This role is ideal for a recent college graduate interested in supply chain, logistics, operations, e-commerce, customer success, or business management. This position is located in North Kansas City, MO.

Key Responsibilities

·       Manage day-to-day communication with assigned customer accounts

·       Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment

·       Monitor inventory levels, order flow, shipping activity, and customer requests

·       Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, inventory, projects, and logistics operations

·       Assist with onboarding new customers and implementing operational processes

·       Help troubleshoot fulfillment, shipping, inventory, and operational issues

·       Maintain accurate customer records and reporting

·       Work within warehouse management systems (WMS), shipping software, EDI systems, and e-commerce platforms

·       Participate in process improvement and operational growth initiatives

·       Support management with special projects and customer reporting

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree preferred
