Summary:
The Design and Print Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Print for Pay process within Fulfillment House Inc. This role involves coordinating printing operations, ensuring quality control standards are met, managing a team of associates, and optimizing production efficiency. The Design and Print Supervisor works closely with other departments to ensure timely delivery of printed materials while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all paper printing activities, including setting up and operating printing presses, ensuring proper maintenance, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Manage and schedule printing jobs to meet production deadlines and customer requirements.
- Train, mentor, and supervise associates, ensuring they understand and follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
- Monitor printing quality throughout the production process, making adjustments as necessary to maintain high-quality standards.
- Maintain inventory levels of paper, ink, and other printing supplies, and reorder materials as needed to avoid production delays.
- Interpret client briefs and project requirements to develop creative concepts and visual solutions that meet objectives and resonate with target audiences.
- Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, flyers, posters, banners, logos, packaging, websites, and social media graphics.
- Use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools to create visually appealing layouts, illustrations, and graphics.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Present themselves and Fulfillment House in a positive and professional manner while working and when in the community
- Complete approved annual training as required
- Abide by OSHA Compliance
- Complete other duties as assigned
Physical Demands of the Essential Functions:

Qualifications:
v High School Diploma; prefer a BS/BA in marketing, graphic design, or related field.
v Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.
v Practical knowledge of printing equipment, processes, and materials.
v Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
v Experience working with individuals who have special needs.
v Ability to use digital office equipment (Printers, copiers, scanners, etc.)
v Ability to adhere to regulations and standards.
v Ability to inspire and motivate.
v Experience working positively and effectively with the public.
