We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling inventory, purchasing & printing labels, packing and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control by accurately picking, packing, stocking, and organizing products using warehouse management systems and inventory management software.
- Assist with order fulfillment by picking and packing customer orders with precision and speed to ensure timely shipping and receiving.
- Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of goods while adhering to safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent discrepancies.
- Support warehouse management in logistics operations including shipping & receiving processes, order picking, communication and materials handling tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to operate computer, excel.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting safely while following proper techniques.
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately.
- Technical proficiency with inventory management software and material handling equipment operation.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, order picking & packing, shipping & receiving processes.
- Bilingual English/Vietnamese is preferred.
