FulfillMe is a technology-enabled third-party logistics (3PL) provider that specializes in shipping and fulfillment solutions tailored for e-commerce businesses. We partner with B2C, B2B, and D2C brands to deliver comprehensive fulfillment services, including storage, pick & pack, and cost-effective shipping options.
We are looking for an individual that will consistently identify and pursue customer relationships, obtain and on-board customers, work with the implementation team to get customers started and work in partnership with company leadership to drive revenue.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Builds up detailed knowledge of the company’s services
- Builds and maintains effective relationships with existing clients
- Identify, track and secure new customers who have not previously used FulfillMe
- Support Field Sales with prior knowledge on Shipping and Fulfillment to assist in closing new business
- Continually build and maintain current customer relationships
- Generate sales leads using company provided resources as well as from your own development
- Expand, maintain, and manage multiple accounts by ensuring superior customer service to earn excellent customer relationships
- Travel to client sites and meet with decision makers
- Address customer concerns and needs by responding with the appropriate solutions to earn the customers loyalty
- Develop a sales tactic using a solution based approach to the market, in order to achieve sales quota
- Maintain records and reporting requirements while achieving and exceeding minimum performance standards
- Constantly improve skills and quality of selling through taking advantage of joint selling opportunities and training
- Generates leads developing relationships through social media
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the fulfillment industry and/or shipping B2B & B2C industry
- Self-driven and highly motivated
- Exceptional organization and planning skills
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently or within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
- Experience with e-commerce
- Existing customer relationship with high volume shippers. Knowledge and relationship with customers needing our services a plus
The job is performance based- Salary Commission
Salary : $77,000 - $88,000
