What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping/Receiving Supervisor position at Fulex, LLC.?
We are seeking a Shipping/Receiving Supervisor to become an integral part of our team! This role will oversee the shipping and receiving department, and is responsible for making sure accepting, inspecting, stocking, and transferring deliveries are completed on time. This job requires close attention to detail, the ability to use inventory software, and strong organisational and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to lead and provide clear direction to employees.
- Must be a strong communicator who can juggle many tasks simultaneously.
- Must be highly organized, with a strong understanding of shipping and receiving.
- Must know how orders should best be handled, packaged and shipped.
- Works closely with the Warehouse Manager to organize projects, and coordinate the flow of inventory.
- Attention to detail is a very important trait because you must ensure all Inventory counts are accurate and ship out in the same day.
- The ideal candidate is confident, analytical, motivated and must be able to operate equipment used to unload and load merchandise from trucks, as well as possess the strength and stamina to operate heavy equipment and lift packages.
- In addition to their other duties, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the collaborating with the warehouse team for upkeep of the warehouse.
- Expected to assist with training new staff on the company’s policies and procedures.
- Computer savvy. Inventory software, WMS, and Microsoft office.
- Forklift Certification/experience is preferred

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
