We are seeking an organized, service-oriented Assistant Community Manager to support the day-to-day operations at The Bridge District. This role is ideal for a detail-driven professional who enjoys working with residents, supporting leasing and financial processes, and partnering closely with the Community Manager to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional resident experience.
What You’ll Do
- Support daily community operations, ensuring policies and procedures are followed
- Provide outstanding customer service to residents and prospects in person, by phone, and online
- Assist with leasing activity, including tours, applications, renewals, and follow-ups
- Manage resident accounts, rent collections, posting, and delinquency tracking
- Prepare reports, notices, and documentation accurately and on time
- Partner with maintenance to coordinate work orders and unit readiness
- Help maintain an organized, professional leasing office and resident communication flow
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service skills with a professional, approachable demeanor
- Prior assistant manager, leasing, or property management experience preferred
- Solid understanding of rent collections, basic accounting, and leasing processes
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Yardi and CRM software preferred
- Availability to work weekends as part of the regular schedule
