Fulcrum Lifting, LLC is looking for a fabricator. The successful candidate must read orders, prioritize work, and ensure the accurate and timely filling of orders for our customers. Full-time employees are eligible for bonuses and benefits. We offer on-the-job training. We offer a sign on bonus of $500.

You will serve as a representative of the company, responding quickly to customers and company needs while safely and properly delivering and picking up materials as required.

Job Responsibilities
- Reads order to determine stock needs
- Lifts, measures, and moves items required for fabrication
- Fabricate items as required per order from customers or from direction from manager
- Pull items from inventory to complete orders
- Package and prepare orders for shipping
- Operate necessary shop equipment to fulfill orders
- Load orders for delivery or customer pickup
- Maintain a clean and safe work space
- Other tasks and responsibilities based on business needs
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be able to read orders and fabricate items per customer or manager direction.
- Must be able to multi-task and meet conflicting customer demands regularly.
- Must maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Must be dependable and reliable.
