Role Description
This is a hybrid role for a Sr. IT Recruiter located in St Louis, MO. The Sr. IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various IT positions. Daily tasks include developing recruiting strategies, collaborating with hiring managers, managing candidate pipelines, and attending job fairs and industry events. The recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining applicant tracking systems and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for IT roles
- Strong knowledge of recruiting strategies and applicant tracking systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and team members
- Experience with job fairs, industry events, and networking
- Proven track record of managing candidate pipelines and providing a positive candidate experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the technology industry
