Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Fulcronix is looking for a highly skilled and proactive Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our growing QA team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in automation testing, CI/CD integration, AI-assisted development tools, and test management platforms. This role requires hands-on expertise in building scalable automation frameworks, integrating automated testing pipelines, and collaborating closely with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

The candidate should be passionate about modern QA practices, test optimization, and leveraging AI-powered tools to improve productivity and software quality.

Key Responsibilitie

• sDesign, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web applications and API
• sCreate and execute automated test scripts using Playwright and other modern automation tool
• sPerform functional, regression, smoke, integration, and end-to-end testin
• gIntegrate automated test suites within CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/C
• DCollaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment validation and release qualit
• yUtilize AI-powered tools such as Amazon Q and Kiro to improve testing efficiency, debugging, and development workflow
• sWork closely with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and testing need
• sManage and track test cases, defects, and QA processes using Jira and Qmetr
• yParticipate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonie
• sPerform API testing using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or similar platform
• sConduct cross-browser and cross-platform testin
• gAnalyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and provide detailed defect report
• sMentor junior QA engineers and contribute to QA best practices and process improvement
• sEnsure automation coverage and maintain high-quality standards across project
